Our journey began with our founder, Brad Smart, who pursued a Ph.D. in Psychology to master the art of assessing talent. Discontent with traditional hiring methods, Brad was determined to create a more reliable approach that could accurately reveal candidates' strengths and weaknesses. This drive led to the development of Topgrading's innovative tools and methods, built on a foundation of thorough applicant screening and robust verification processes.
